Frequently Asked Questions

Your brownies will be gooey for a good two weeks – pop them in an airtight container somewhere cool, or in the fridge. They can be frozen for up to three months. Allow to thaw for an hour or put them in the microwave for 30-40 seconds (ice cream optional but advised).

The large tray is made in a classic 20x20cm brownie pan – just over a kilo of the good stuff!

The midi tray is 20x13cm – 6 portions.

The mini is a 10x10cm chunk.

With the chunkiness of the brownies and the boxes used for posting, they may not fit through a standard letterbox, please consider this before ordering!

As I work from my kitchen at home, all allergens are handled on site. However, I always take extra precautions when baking free from options. Please leave a note when ordering for an allergy so that I know to take these extra precautions.

I will try my hardest to get your brownies out to you as soon as possible or as close to your requested date as possible.

The brownies freeze really well, so please consider ordering early if you can!

Once the brownies are in the hands of the delivery company (I use Hermes or Royal Mail depending on time constraints and weight), there isn’t much I can do regarding delivery. If there are any problems with your delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible via email or the contact form. If the brownies are damaged, please make sure you take plenty of photos in case we need them. Please do not eat the brownies if the box has been severely damaged!

The brownies are sealed in recycled plastic bags for freshness during delivery and storage. They can be popped straight into the freezer.

The boxes, tissue paper and business cards can all be recycled!
